Individual Supervision
The transition from social work school into the workforce can be stressful.
Many social work jobs are demanding and, at times, just plain hard. Timely and supportive clinical supervision is important to building necessary skills, increasing confidence and preventing burnout.
If you are not receiving individual supervision from a qualified LCSW in your agency or you believe you would benefit from extra support, we are here to help.
Services
One-on-one supervision with Bethany, Ashley and Jenny
- $95 per 55 minute meeting for social workers who work solely in agency practice
- Open to Licensed Social Workers and Social Work Candidates in Colorado
- Option for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions depending on caseload and other supervision received
- Virtual daytime sessions available
Supervision for LSWs in private practice with Bethany
offered on a limited basis
- $150 per 55 minute session for LSWs in private practice or who are an Independent Contractor with a group private practice
- This service is not provided to Social Work Candidates (SWC). Please inquire after completing your Master's exam and LSW application
- At a minimum, biweekly sessions are expected in order to sufficiently monitor your caseload.
- Weekly sessions may be required depending on your client load and/or level of development needed to be competent to see clients in private practice
- Access to client charts is required for all private clients.
- Virtual daytime sessions available
- Important Information:
- The private practice supervision fee applies to social workers who choose to see any private clients during the entirety of my supervision of their work
- This includes working as an Independent Contractor for a group private practice
- The fee will increase from the agency rate to the private practice rate if at any point you decide to take on private clients, even if you remain in an agency position
